How an engagement runs

The sector shapes the licence checks, the check-date verification and the timeline. The workflow stays aviation-native: a structured brief, a properly researched search, a ranked shortlist and end-to-end offer support.

1. Aviation-native intake

We arrive at the intake call ready. We already know the licence categories, rating types, roster patterns and comp bands for the sector. Your intake time is spent on your operation, not our education.

2. Regulatory-verified search

We approach the aviation network and the active market. Licence category, ratings, check-date currency and five-year checkable-history readiness are verified before we introduce.

3. Ranked shortlist

Three to five applicants per brief, properly vetted, with written notes on each. Comp, roster preference, notice period and airside-pass transferability confirmed before introduction.

4. Offer, onboarding & support

We coordinate interviews, structure the offer, handle counter-offer conversations and confirm airside-pass and start-date logistics. Follow-up check-ins at day 30 and day 90.

What sits outside our scope

Roles that are not aviation-adjacent. If you ask us for a marketing director or a plant manager, we will refer you out with pleasure. Aviation is what we know deeply, and depth of focus is why our shortlists arrive faster and better matched than a generalist can manage.
